Tips

cutting brownies

cutting brownies

Use a plastic knife to cut brownies so they don't stick to the knife. They come out looking nice and neat and do not crumble.

Brown-Cookies

Brown-Cookies

Fun for kids of all ages. After being bord for most of the day, I bought two packages of brownie mix and doubled them in the bowl. Pour batter on a square baking pan and after cooking for 15min, I allowed them to cool for a min while still warm then placed cookie cutters and cout the edges away, scooped up the pieces then iced them. Its a fun treat for kids and parties. Part brownies, part cookie. Yum!
