Tips

Brown-Cookies

Brown-Cookies

Fun for kids of all ages. After being bord for most of the day, I bought two packages of brownie mix and doubled them in the bowl. Pour batter on a square baking pan and after cooking for 15min, I allowed them to cool for a min while still warm then placed cookie cutters and cout the edges away, scooped up the pieces then iced them. Its a fun treat for kids and parties. Part brownies, part cookie. Yum!

Chocolate dream

Chocolate dream

When baking a chocolate cake grease it and use unsweetened cocoa powder instead of flower. That way your chocolate cake won't be white when you turn it out of the pan.
