Tips

Popcorn popping

Popcorn popping

Need to pop popcorn to make a yummy specialty dessert, possibly glazed popcorn using Duncan Hines Frosting Creations? Instead of using an air popper, put 1/4 cup kernels in a paper lunch sack and microwave for about 2 1/2 minutes. Listen for the popping to slow down and remove quickly. It's a quick and easy way to do it.

"Moister" Cakes

"Moister" Cakes

This is an old & general tip probably known by most of the baking world, but I may as well try to help someone who does not know. If you add more OIL to your cake batter you will get a much more moist cake in the end.
