Lemon Bars aren't just for lemon lovers! Give this recipe a try, and tell us what you think about these Lemon Bars.

Ingredients

  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 2 cans lemon pie filling

Baking Instructions

  1. Mix dry cake mix and cans of pie filling together in large bowl.
  2. I just mixed it by hand...
  3. Pour into greased 9 x 13″ baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until top is starting to brown.
