jello icing for most all cakes

Ingredients

  • 1-box jello gelatin
  • same amount of confectioner sugar
  • small drops of water
  • jello will need to be flavor match to cake mix
  • i.e. orange on orange, lemon on lemon
  • in mixing bowl combine sugar and jello with small amt dropped water
  • do not make it too thin make it creamy
  • pour on cake and spread

Baking Instructions

  1. remember: cake mix flavor to match jello flavor
  2. i would like a feedback once you have tried this ..
  3. ppl i serve love this combination

Filled Layered Devils Food Pound Cake

Make Devils Food Pound cake as directed, except do a layer cake filled with Chocolate Mousse and frosted with a Fluffy White Frosting. Or this one is my favorite, again bake Devils Food Pound Cake as layers, fill with Cherry Pie Filling, reserve a third. On the top of the cake, in the center, place the remaining Cherry Pie Filling. Frost the sides with a fluffy white frosting around the cherry filling. Then crush in a food processor thin chocolate wafers, sprinkle on top of frosted cake
