Tips

two bite brownies

two bite brownies

I use the Chocolate Fudge cookie recipe and make my own Two bite brownies. Drop a large-marble size of mxiture into mini cupcake holders, bake about 5 minutes - they will puff then drop when taken out of oven. Every oven is different so you'll need to experiement. You dont' want to overbake them - they go hard. I can get about 72 two bite brownies from one cake mix.

Easy Brownie Or Bar Cookie Pan Removal

Easy Brownie Or Bar Cookie Pan Removal

Reynolds Non-Stick Aluminum Foil is a great way to get your brownies or bar cookies out of the pan easily. Line your baking pan with the foil, leaving an inch of overhang on each end of the pan. No baking spray or greasing needed! After the brownies have baked and cooled completely, use the foil to lift the brownies out of the pan and then cut into squares.
