Tips

Fresh or Bottled Lime Juice

Fresh or Bottled Lime Juice

You may use fresh or bottled lime juice when a recipe calls for key lime juice.

Applesauce instead of EGGS

Applesauce instead of EGGS

My son's allergic to milk and egg. So he generally cant eat cake. I substituted 1/3 cup applesauce in place of the 3 eggs the cake mix calls for. Now he can eat cake or caupcakes anytime and on his Birthday!!!
