Tips

A Spice Cake Tip

A Spice Cake Tip

One ingredient I've added recently to my spice cake prep is the zest of one fresh lime. It adds a nice kick to an already zesty mix.

Simple Glaze

Simple Glaze

Some of the best glazes require meringue powder, but its not always available. An easy glaze you can create comprises of a few drops of any fruit juice (lime, lemon, orange, pineapple) and a few cups of powdered sugar. It creates a simple, tasty, crisp drizzle to perfect any of your baked goods.
