Chocolate Chocolate Chip Toffee Cookies

It’s not a typo—these little cookies pack a powerful double chocolate punch!

Ingredients

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F .
  • Combine cake mix, eggs and oil in large bowl. Stir until thoroughly blended. Stir in chocolate chips and toffee bits. Mixture will be stiff.
  • Shape dough into 24 1½" balls. Place 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets (parchment paper or non-stick foil).
  • Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes until cracked on top. Cookies will look moist. Do not over bake.
  • Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets. Move to cooling racks. Cool completely. Store in air tight container.

Tips & Inspirations

Pour 2-3 cups of sugar into a sealable container. Combine with the zest of one lemon, shake well and store. Lemon infused sugar can be used immediately or kept for months, just like regular sugar.

Keep brown sugar soft by adding a couple of marshmallows to the bag.

To make crystallized honey liquid again make it liquid again, place the honey jar in a container that allows water to move around it freely. Run under a hot water tap (shaking occasionally) until the crystals have melted.

For a uniform bake, always scoop and bake the same size cookie. This will ensure your cookies cooked to just the correct doneness every time.
