You Will Need

  • 3/4 Cup of Whole Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 9 Tablespoons Butter (softened)

Pan Size / Bake Time

  • Cake:Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
  • Glaze: Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds.

Baking Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 350F.
  2. Grease sides and bottom of two 8-inch round pans
  3. Empty cake mix, 3/4 cup whole milk, 2 eggs, and 9 Tablespoons softened butter in a large bowl.
  4. Stir well until well blended (about 50 strokes).
  5. Pour batter into the two greased pans and place in oven.
  6. Bake on rack in center of oven at 350F for 20-35 minutes. Cakes are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool cakes in pans on wire rack for15 minutes. Remove cake from pans and cool completely.
  8. Empty contents of Creme Pouch into bowl.
  9. Add one cup whole milk.
  10. Whip on high speed for 3-5 minutes.
  11. Spread creme filling evenly on top of one cake, then cover with the other cake.
  12. Caution: Children should only handle hot glaze under adult supervision, and should not remove hot glaze from microwave.
  13. Add glaze mix and exactly four teaspoons of whole milk to a microwave safe bowl.
  14. Blend with a spoon until powder is incorporated into milk and mixture becomes well blended.
  15. Heat in the microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds.
  16. Caution: Glaze will be hot to the touch.
  17. Remove from microwave carefully.
  18. Mix with a spoon until mixture is uniform and smooth and IMMEDIATELY pour warm glaze over cake on cooling rack. Using a knife, spread glaze evenly over cake.
  19. Cool Glaze for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  20. Store prepared product in the refrigerator.
