You Will Need

  • Fudgy Brownies:
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
  • Cake-like Brownies:
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Vegetable Oil

Pan Size / Bake Time

  • 13"x9": 21-23 minutes 9"x9": 27-30 minutes 8"x8": 31-34 minutes Makes 20 Brownies

Baking Instructions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F for metal and glass pan, 325°F for dark or coated pan. GREASE bottom of pan.
  2. EMPTY brownie mix, egg(s), water, and oil in large bowl. STIR until well blended (about 50 strokes). SPREAD into greased pan and bake immediately.
  3. BAKE in center of oven following chart below. *Add 3-5 minutes for dark or coated pan. Brownie is done when toothpick inserted an inch from the edge of pan comes out clean. COOL completely in pan before cutting and serving.
