You Will Need

  • 5 tablespoons whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons butter (softened)

Pan Size / Bake Time

  • 8"x8" Pan: 35.38 minutes
  • 9x9 Pan: 36.33 minutes

Baking Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 325F
  2. Grease sides and bottom of each pan with shortening or oil spray.
  3. Empty brownie mix and eggs into a bowl.
  4. Mix on low speed until incorporated (about 30 seconds).
  5. Add softened butter and continue to mix on low speed fro another 2 minutes.
  6. Spread into a greased pan.
  7. Bake following times listed about depending upon pan size.
  8. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting and serving.
  9. Children should only handle hot glaze under adult supervision, and should not remove hot glaze from microwave.
  10. Add glaze mix andexactly five teaspoons of milk to a microwave safe bowl.
  11. Blend with a spoon until powder is incorporated into milk and mixture becomes well blended.
  12. Heat in a microwave on HIGH for 40 seconds.
  13. Remove from microwave carefully.
  14. Glaze will be hot to the touch.
  15. Mix with a spoon until mixture is uniform and smooth andIMMEDIATELY pour warm glaze over brownies on cooling rack.
  16. Cool glaze for at least 15 minutes before serving.
