For the moistest cake/cupcakes ever...

I ALWAYS add a pudding cup to my cake mixture, even if the box says that pudding is already in the mix. It has NEVER failed me and the cupcakes ALWAYS come out so moist that my kids even love to eat them without frosting!

Fun Cakes

When I make the Sock-It-To-Me cake on the "butter golden" cake box I decorate it according to the occasion. For Christmas I dye the frosting green and put candy canes in the center, for Easter yellow frosting and I tint coconut green and fill center with jelly beans, etc. For birthdays I find out favorite candy or such and decorate as close as I can. People pay me to make them for occasions. It is such an easy cake to make and decorate.

I always add lemon juice in place of water and some lemon zest. Top with lemon glaze or some confectioner sugar and surround with sliced lemon, Phenomenal flavor and presentation!!
