Skillet Cookies

Make cookies on your skillet. Use one of our cake mixes to make cookie dough. 1. Roll small balls of cookie batter. 2. Drop them onto a buttered skillet on very low heat. 3. Flatten them with a spatula. 4. Cover them up for about five minutes.

When pouring cake batter into a pan or into muffin tins, wipe off any batter you get on the outside of the muffin cups or on the rim of the pan before you put the pan into the oven. This way you won't have hard bits of cake batter to wash off.

I make the pineapple upside down cake using the pineapple cake mix and the recipe on the side of the box. However, instead of 1 cup if water, I use the pineapple juice and add water to make the 1 cup of liquid. Delicious!!!!
