VERY, VERY GOOD!!!!! For all occasions.
- 1 DH Fudge Cake Mix
- 1 Greased Tiara Pan
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 cup oil
Mousse:
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 8 oz pkg whipped topping (such as cool whip)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Grease pan. Add eggs, water and oil to cake mix.
- Blend on low speed til moistened. Mix and Med. speed for 2 mins.
- Place 3 1/2 cups batter into pan. Bake at 350 for 21-24 mins.
- Remove. Inverting cake onto rack. Cool.
- Mousse
- Melt over low heat chocolate chips and water.
- Stir constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat. Stir in almond extract.
- Refrigerate 10 minutes until thickened but still creamy.
- In a bowl, fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream.
- Spread evenly into well of cooled cake.
- Top with sliced almonds on edges.

I think its one of those pans that are a half moon shape, like a tiara.

I bought a tiara pan. It is fluted and has a well in the center when inverted. A great place to put yummy toppings, etc. I am loking for more recipes maybe something lemon.
