Peaches And Coconut Dessert

A tasty dessert made with a cake mix, peaches, coconut, and nuts

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 box Duncan Hines Yellow cake mix
  • 1 (29-oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (or margarine)
  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  3. Dump the can of sliced peaches into the prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix over the peaches.
  5. Sprinkle the coconut over the cake mix.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the coconut.
  7. Drizzle the butter over the chopped nuts.
  8. Bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes.
  9. Serve with vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip.

I made this recipe yesterday and it was a hit. Nothing was left. It is so easy. I used a Coconut cake mix instead. This is now one of my favorite.

This is very good and easy to make. I like to use butter pecan cake mix with this recipe.

This is very good. I have also made it and used a Butter Pecan Cake Mix.
