Sounds good but I was also concerned about the raw eggs. Can I leave the eggs out?
Will it taste different if I do?

I have been making this cake for about 10 yrs. and have never had anybody come down sick because of the eggs. I make sure that the egg shells are washed.

The recipe sounds good, but I have a problem with the raw eggs. Did anybody substitute the raw eggs to alter recipe?
