An old recipe that I think needs reviving!
- 16-Oz. Canned jellied cranberry sauce (or your favorite)
- 1 TBSP. grated orange peel
- 1tsp. almond extract
- 8 Oz. Cool Whip.
- Mix together first 3 ingredients
- Fold in cool whip.
- Put in a fancy wine glass.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
- Chill about 2 hours or until set.
- May also be used as a fruit dip.
