This is a dessert recipe.
- 6-8 apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Cinnamin, sprinkle
- 1 box Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
- 1 stick of butter
- Light brown sugar, sprinkle
- Peel and cut slice apples.
- Put apples in baking pan or pie dish.
- Coat with sugar and sprinkle cinnamin on top.
- Toss or stir with wooden spoon until apples are brown from the sugar and cinnamin
- Cut up a half of stick of butter into small slices and scatter between apples.
- Spread one box of Duncan Hines White Cake Mix evenly on top of apples.
- Sprinkle light brown sugar on top of cake mix very lightly.
- Slice the rest of butter and scatter on top of the cake mix and sugar.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, until apples are tender. Serve with ice cream.
- Grease baking pan or dish before starting.
