- 1 box Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
- 1 pint pineapple sherbet , softened
- 1 tbsp. almond extract
- 6 cups flaked coconut
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. grated orange zest
- Combine sherbet, almond extract, vanilla, orange zest and cake mix.
- Stir in coconut.
- Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 F for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on wire racks.

A great alternative for the people that don't like coconut.
