Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 packet of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Chocolate Marshmallow Flavor Mix and 1 can of Frosting Creations™ . Blend together.
  • Cinnamon Graham Crackers (1 package out of box will render 18 S'mores)
  • Peanut Butter
  • Large Marshmallows, cut into 4 pieces
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Pancake Batter
  • Oil for frying
  • Skewers
  1. Pour pack of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Chocolate Marshmallow Flavor Mix into can of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter. Stir until evenly blended.
  2. Carefully break graham crackers in half, then in half again.
  3. Spread a small amount of peanut butter on two halves. Follow up by spreading Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting on top of peanut butter.
  4. Top one half with two pieces of marshmallow (half of large marshmallow).
  5. Place other half that was spread with peanut butter and Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting Creation on top.
  6. Repeat process until all the S'mores you desire to make are complete.
  7. Place all your prepared S'mores in freezer for at least two hours or more.
  8. Prepare oil for frying. (I used my electric fondue pot-it worked great!)
  9. When ready to fry, prepare pancake batter, just know you don't want it to thick or thin. A consistency somewhere in between making waffles and pancakes is what you want.
  10. Insert skewer sideways into Smore.
  11. Dip into pancake batter to coat, allowing excess to drip off.
  12. Carefully place in preheated oil and fry until golden brown.
  13. Place on paper towel to drain. Repeat process until you have all your S'mores finished.
  14. Dust S'mores with powdered sugar.
  15. Place remaining Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting Creations in baggy. Snip a small hole at the end to be able to squeeze icing out for decorating S'more.
  16. Enjoy!

So what do you do with the pancake mix? Make pancakes the next morning? Maybe I missed something, although I read the recipe twice.

LOL. I fixed it. Never ever make pancake mix and store it until morning... bacteria, plus it's just gross. LOL
