Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • Angel food cake mix
  • 1 15 oz can of pineapple
  • 2 large sugar free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 large container of sugar free whipped topping (cool whip my preference)
  • container of fresh strawberries
  • 3 kiwis or any pretty fresh fruit
  • sometimes I use grapes or blueberries too
  1. Make angel food cake according to package. Cool upside down as directed. After cooling invert and with a serrated knife slice into three layers as equally as possible.
  2. Wash and dry or peel as necessary and lay on paper towel to dry.
  3. Cut strawberries in half and slice kiwi in about 1/4 inch slices.
  4. Mix together one can of pineapple with juice and mix with one package of pudding. Set aside to thicken, which happens quickly.
  5. Mix second package of pudding with 1 cup of milk and allow to dissolve and thicken, then fold into the entire container of cool whip. Stir gently until combined.
  6. Spread largest layer of angel food with pineapple mixture and then a layer of cool whip; put middle layer on top and repeat with second layer. Top with last layer and ice with cool whip mixture.
  7. Place fruit on top and around the sides or as you find attractive.
  8. Refrigerate overnight uncovered.
  9. I usually display the cake on a cake stand. It makes an impressive centerpiece and it is so good.

You dont need low calories!! you are BEAUUUTIFUL. Just the way you are! When I see your face, there's not a thing that I would change. Your weight cant define you, and no, its unneccesary to refrigerate overnight uncovered.
