This is an excellent dessert and everyone I have served it to bragged about it and couldn't believe it was sugar free. I used a frozen pastry type pie crust that I baked instead of the graham cracker crust. If you have trouble finding the sugar free pie filling, try Walmart. That is where I found it. I actually used the Walmart brand sugar free pie filling and it was excellent.
I used about 2/3 tub of the sugar free whipped topping to make a nice dense cheesecake.

Great for diabetics and low calorie watchers. I have never met anyone who did not like this dessert
- 2 pkg 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1/2 C splenda
- 1 pre-made graham crackers pie crust
- 1 small tub low-fat whipping topping
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1 can on sugar - added cherry pie filling
- Cream soften cream cheese , splenda and vanilla together. Mix with hand mixer until ingredients are smooth. Add whipped topping in a little at a time to desired consistency.
- Spread mixture into pie crust . Top with pie filling and refrigerate until done.
