Delicious Pie! Easy to make.
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 14-oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 21-oz. can cherry pie topping
- Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually, beat in milk until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Pour into prepared crust.
- Chill 3 hours, until FIRMLY SET.
- Top with cherries.
