A classic cobbler made from Duncan Hines Classic Yellow Cake Mix with an added zing from the cranberry and peach fusion. Try this mouth-watering Pilgrim's Cranberry-Peach Cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- 1 (21 oz) can peach pie filling
- 1 (16 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® Classic Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- vanilla ice cream
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Spread pie filling and cranberry sauce evenly in bottom of prepared pan.
- Combine cake mix and spices in medium bowl. Cut in margarine with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is crumbly. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned and set. Cool slightly. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.

That looks really good. I think there are all kinds of fruit/filling concoctions you could use for this recipe. Thank you for sharing.

Our family enjoyed Pilgrim's Cranberry-Peach Cobbler for Thanksgiving 2009. It was extremely easy to make and delicious. It was not as sweet as many cobblers (which was probably due to the cranberries) so it made a perfect ending to the classic turkey meal.

This was so good I have got to make it for Thanksgiving. It caught my attention when I saw the word CRANBERRY!! My family loved it and even my dad took some for his lunch which really made me feel good. Thanks!!
