Old fashioned Pecan Pie
- 1 cup of corn syrup
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. of melted butter
- 1 tsp. of butter
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 Prepared Pie Shell
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour into the pie shell.
- Bake for 50 mins.
- During the last 30 mins of baking, cover the edge of pastry with foil to prevent over-browning.
