Old fashioned Pecan Pie

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 cup of corn syrup
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. of melted butter
  • 1 tsp. of butter
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 Prepared Pie Shell
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour into the pie shell.
  3. Bake for 50 mins.
  4. During the last 30 mins of baking, cover the edge of pastry with foil to prevent over-browning.
