This came from Blue Goose Tea Shop in Henryville, Indiana.

1 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cups chopped pecans
8 1/4 oz. canned pineapple, crushed and squeezed
11 oz. canned mandarin oranges, drained and squeezed
1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and use.
Chilling before serving makes this better.
