This makes a wonderful dessert for a hot summer day!
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 8 oz. of cream cheese
- 8 oz. of Cool Whip
- Mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese together, and then fold in the Cool Whip.
- Pour it into the pie crust and chill for 2 hours.
- No baking is necessary.

This is great with the chocolate ice cream topping called "shell" on top. It adds to the looks and gives just that extra bit of chocolate lovers touch.

This is great for peanut butter lovers! I have made this and use crushed Oreos as the crust - something different!

I have made this before. I put a little drizzle of chocolate syrup on it and then run the knife through the syrup to make it a little more fancy, and putting a little whipped cream on it with chocolate shavings is great, too.

I've made this before, and it's extremely easy and quick to make. You can also do the recipe as above and then mix together, in a small bowl with a fork, a little peanut butter and a little powdered sugar until it resembles crumbs, and then sprinkle on top.
