a great recipe that I got from momshome using my favorite Campbell's V-8 Red Pepper Soup. Sub this soup for tomato sauce when you make meatloaf, or other dishes.
- 1 sm box Campbell's V-8 Red Pepper Soup.
- 1 lb. Ground beef, browned, and drained.
- 1 TBSP. Dijon mustard
- up to 1/2 c. water
- Mix mustard with soup.
- Add ground beef.
- Add water to your consistancy.
- Put into buns.
- Done.

'Haven't tried this til tomorrow. I will try it with an envelope of taco seasoning in the beef, also to see which I like best. Season as you like, or add onions, etc. and make it your own!
