Yummy after-school snack, or for anytime!!!
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt .
- In another bowl, combine eggs, extract, oil, and half-and-half.
- Stir mixture into dry ingredients until moistened.
- Fold into raspberries.
- Fill greased muffin cups two-thirds full.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
- Serve warm.

Is this correct 1 cup of oil and 1 cup of 1/2 and 1/2 to 2 cups of flour that is going to be watery can anyone help me here I want to try these but the liquid amounts look off to me thanks
