Lemon-Raspberry Jumbo Muffins

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt .
  2. In another bowl, combine eggs, extract, oil, and half-and-half.
  3. Stir mixture into dry ingredients until moistened.
  4. Fold into raspberries.
  5. Fill greased muffin cups two-thirds full.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
  8. Serve warm.

Is this correct 1 cup of oil and 1 cup of 1/2 and 1/2 to 2 cups of flour that is going to be watery can anyone help me here I want to try these but the liquid amounts look off to me thanks
