Try using turkey eggs instead of chicken eggs. They make the cake turn a lot more moist.

This recipe calls for 1/2 cup of water, but 3/4 of a cup makes it more moist. You can always add more chocolate chips to the mix and instead of putting chocolate sandwich cookies on top of the batter, try melting some Junior Mints on top of the loaf just after the loaf is done baking. It's very good!

The cookies are awesome on top of it. I'd recommend cooking it for only 45. 50 is too much. I only wish there were more chocolate chips in the batter. You can change that though easily. This is so delicious!
