- 1 pkg Duncan Hines® 100% Whole Grain Wild Maine Blueberry Muffin Mix
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Grease muffin cups or use paper baking cups.
- Rinse and drain blueberries from mix with cold water.
- Pour muffin mix into large bowl. Break up any lumps. Add egg whites and water. Stir until moistened, about 50 strokes. Stir in pecans; fold in blueberries.
- For large muffins, fill cups two-thirds full. Bake 17 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. For medium muffins, fill cups half full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Cool in pan 5 to 10 minutes. Loosen carefully before removing from pan.
