Mini Orange Melt-Aways

Mini Muffins. Yummy and Gooey!

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 box Duncan Hines Orange Supreme Cake Mix
  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix
  • 3/4 C. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 C. Water
  • 5 Eggs

Glaze:

  • 3/4 C. Orange Juice (Sunny D is BETTER)
  • 2 tbl spoons HOT water
  • 2 tbl spoons melted butter/marg.
  • 2 1/4 C. powder sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 375*
  2. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, and water in a large bowl.
  3. Add eggs--one at a time.
  4. Beat for about 2 mins.
  5. Fill your mini muffin pan 1/2 full in each.
  6. Bake at 375* for 10-15 mins (depending on your oven. Mine took 11 mins)
  7. Glaze: Mix OJ, butter/marg., water in a medium bowl.
  8. Stir in powder sugar.
  9. Dip each muffin in glaze IMMEDIATLY after you take them out of the oven...They need to be nice and warm.
  10. Place on a cooling rack or cookie sheet to cool.
  11. Let stand about 30 mins.
  12. They will be a little soggy hince "melt-aways".
  13. Also, be sure to stir your glaze before you dip a new batch...sugar will settle.
