Easy Cream Chesse Frosting

Recipe Description
if you want to add food coloring try using a lit bit of it and then use fresh fruit.

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 6 oz. of cream chesse
  • 4 cups of sugar
  • 1 quarter teaspoon of vanilla
  1. put in the butter and cream chesse in the mixer and mix at medium speed for about 2 minutes.
  2. put in the sugar one cup at a time HINT: WHEN YOU ARE AT THE LAST CUP SCRAP OF THE SUGAR IN THE MIXER BOWL.
  3. put in the vanilla and mix all the ingredients at high speed

this really made me mad they done specify what type of sugar and they really should instead of having to look at peoples comments to find that out

This sounds great but I would need to double the recipe. I like LOTS of frosting!!!!! I usually start with an entire stick of butter

Is this made with granulated sugar or powdered sugar?
