if you want to add food coloring try using a lit bit of it and then use fresh fruit.
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 6 oz. of cream chesse
- 4 cups of sugar
- 1 quarter teaspoon of vanilla
- put in the butter and cream chesse in the mixer and mix at medium speed for about 2 minutes.
- put in the sugar one cup at a time HINT: WHEN YOU ARE AT THE LAST CUP SCRAP OF THE SUGAR IN THE MIXER BOWL.
- put in the vanilla and mix all the ingredients at high speed

This sounds great but I would need to double the recipe. I like LOTS of frosting!!!!! I usually start with an entire stick of butter
