A very simple icing.
- 1 stick butter
- 4 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup milk
- Melt butter and cocoa in saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
- Mix and spread on hot cake.
- Set aside and let cool.

Just made this, realized after I started that I was out of milk, so I substituted chocolate milk. Turned out amazing, did the peanut butter instead of nuts as well. This is a hit with me.

okay.. just made this into mini-cupcakes. instead of white cake mix, i used buttter & fench vanilla pudding. for sure it could have used more almond flavor.... all in al not bad thou.

Oooh i've used this all the time and its a no-joke, get great reviews and always questions on the recipe...my kids love it, always after saucepan when am done.

Is great if a 1/3 cup of peanut butter is added instead of nuts
