Almond Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 2 cups butter, softened
  • 4 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, softened
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. almond liqueur
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  1. Beat butter at medium speed until creamy.
  2. Gradually beat in 1 package sifted sugar.
  3. Add salt, liqueur, and vanilla, beating until blended.
  4. Gradually add remaining sugar, alternating with milk and beginning and ending with sugar.
  5. Beat at medium speed until spreading consistency.
  6. Cover to prevent drying.
