Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting
- •1 stick of butter (room temp)
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 4 cups confectioners sugar (sifted)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 tbsp milk
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
- Cream butter and shortening together
- add vanilla and peanut butter
- add cocoa powder
- add confectioners sugar little by little and milk tbs at a time

how would i mix all the ingredients? in a mixer or in a bowl with a whisk?

I would guess a whisk, though the peanut butter would be very stubborn, but its easier to see if you've missed anythng and it blends the icing together more smoothly, I think.
