I wanted something to make for a camp out so I made Smores cupcakes
- 1 packet of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Chocolate Marshmallow Flavor Mix and 1 can of Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter
- Duncan Hines Devils Food Cake Mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of Vegetable oil
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 cups of marshmallow fluff
- 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
- mini-marshmallows
Graham Cracker layer:
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- Pour pack of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Chocolate Marshmallow Flavor Mix into can of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter. Stir until evenly
- Preheat oven 350*F
- Place cupcake liners in cupcake pan
- Mix 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs, melted butter sugar and salt in small bowl
- Place 2 tsp of the graham cracker mixture in bottom of cupcake liner.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until the graham cracker layer is golden
- While you let the layer cool, prepare the cake batter as directed on package
- Once mixed, get an ice cream scoop size into each cupcake liner on top of the graham cracker layer
- Bake cupcakes for about 18-22 minutes depending on your oven heat
- After baking test cupcakes by taking a toothpick and putting into a few cupcakes to make sure the toothpick comes out clean
- Let cupcakes cool for about 5-10 minutes
- Once cooled, cut a cone-shape piece out of each cupcake, not cutting to the graham cracker layer
- Put marshmallow fluff into a piping bag and squeeze fluff into middle part of cupcake
- Frost cupcakes with the Duncan Hines Frosting Creations Chocolate Marshmallow flavor mix
- Garnish each cupcake with a mini marshmallow and a piece of graham cracker

We don't camp and I'm not a big fan of graham crackers, but these cupcakes were Deeelish. Not to much graham cracker flavor. Now you can have a s'more on a rainy day. Thanks for the recipe.
