These are fun for a BBQ or a pool party.

Duncan Hines cake mix of your choice. (I used Angel Food Cake)
Duncan Hines vanilla frosting with blue food coloring (Cotton candy Frosting Creations would be good too)
Teddy Grahams
Rips

Bake the cake according to the directions on the box
Dye your frosting blue
Frost your cupcakes
Decorate with Rips and bears to create a beach scene
