The flavor of this delicious cupcakes are irresistible, it's like having the real thing.
- 1 box of Duncan Hines Deluxe Swiss Choclate
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups of Milk
- 1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup of Maraschino Cherries chopped
- 2 Medium ripe bananas mashed
Topping:
- 1 tub of cool whip
- 4 oz of cream cheese
- 24 drained whole maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
- 1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees
- 2. Mix in large bowl cake mix, milk, oil, eggs, cherries and mashed bananas for 2 minutes
- at medium speed.
- 3. Place paper baking cups inside the cupcake pan and pour batter bake for approximately
- 20 minutes.
- 4. Cool cupcakes on wire rack for 10 minutes
Topping:
- 1. In large bowl mix cool whip and cream cheese together until soft and fluffy
- 2. Microwave chocolate chips on high 45 seconds, stirring after 20 seconds until smooth
- 3. frost cupcakes and drizzle chocolate mixture over cupcakes. Place one cherry on top
- and sprinkle chopped pecans on top
