This cupcake is moist and delicious with little surprises inside that throws a party in your mouth!
- Box of Butter Pecan cake mix.
- 1 teaspoon Imitation rum flavoring
- Handful of dried apricots, finely diced
- 1 packet of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Caramel Flavor Mix
- 1 can of Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter
- Edible glitter.
- 1. Prepare cake mix as per instructions on the box.
- 2. Add rum flavoring and diced apricots while mixing.
- 3. Pour cake mix into paper lined cupcake tins and bake per package directions for cupcakes.
- 4. Allow cupcakes to cool before frosting.
- 5. Divide the frosting tub. Pour pack of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Caramel Flavor Mix into half the tub of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter. Stir until evenly blended.
- 6. Add a dollop of each color frosting to the top of a cupcake and swirl. Top with edible glitter. Repeat for each cupcake.
