Low fat pineapple cupcakes.
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 regular size can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. baking soda
- 6 tbsp. applesauce
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just moist.
- Bake in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 25 minutes or until done.
- Use paper baking cups or nonstick spray in regular size muffin tin.
