a delicious cupcake flavored with rootbeer

Ingredients

  • french vanilla cake mix
  • root beer extract
  • ( mccormick)
  • vanilla icing 1 can

Baking Instructions

  1. follow the instructions to make the duncan hines cake mix.
  2. then add 2 teaspoons of the rootbeer extracts / concentrate.
  3. a little goes a long way so be careful.
  4. bake 15 to 20 minutes acorrding to how much you filled the cup.
  5. mix 2 teaspoons of rootbeer extract into icing and stir well.
  6. ice when cooled

If you mix the cake mix in a large blender and then pour it into the cups for baking , you stand less of a chance of making a mess and spilling it. Remember first of course, to spray the cups or put paper liners in them.

You can have double decadent brownies. Simply combine 1/3 of a cup of coarsely chopped white chocolate and 2 teaspoons of vegetable shortening in a small, heavy saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Drizzle over your brownies.
