Pumpkin Spice Cupcake Bites

Delicious, moist, bite size cupcakes that are quick and easy to make!

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 Box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Spice Cake mix
  • 1 15oz can pumpkin
  • Pumpkin pie spice (optional)
  • 1 tub cream cheese frosting
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 if using dark, non stick pan)
  2. Mix together cake mix and pumpkin, add spices to taste (batter wil be thick).
  3. Scoop batter into paper lined mini cupcake pan, 2/3-3/4 full.
  4. Bake 10-12 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool on wire rack.
  6. Ice with cream cheese frosting.
  7. Best served the next day.

try this with choc. cake mix and the pumpkin.... equally delicious!
