Delicious, moist, bite size cupcakes that are quick and easy to make!
- 1 Box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Spice Cake mix
- 1 15oz can pumpkin
- Pumpkin pie spice (optional)
- 1 tub cream cheese frosting
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 if using dark, non stick pan)
- Mix together cake mix and pumpkin, add spices to taste (batter wil be thick).
- Scoop batter into paper lined mini cupcake pan, 2/3-3/4 full.
- Bake 10-12 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack.
- Ice with cream cheese frosting.
- Best served the next day.

try this with choc. cake mix and the pumpkin.... equally delicious!
