This recipe is wonderful and so easy! I have adapted the recipe by adding 1/4 cup of coconut to the batter before baking. Also, I frost them using a pastry bag (without the tip) to get that beautiful "Magnolia Bakery" look. Also, I garnish each cupcake with 2 toasted whole pecans and a sprinkling of toasted coconut. Gorgeous and delish!

this is one of my favorites and with this recipe that is simpler i will be making this every month. i just love cookies and cupcakes

Wow! So surprised to get this out of a boxed mix! Really really moist, and cream cheese frosting is the best!

Great cupcakes - even friends on diets will eat one. Their excuse they are healthy, after all they have carrots in them.
