Why don't the recipes have nutrition info? This helps people who are on WW

For:Motabori,
Make your own frosting for this:
1pkg cream cheese
1/4stick butter or margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla
1cup powdered sugar
Mix: If too stiff add a little milk. If too runny, add more sugar.

i love cupcakes and i tried the recipe and it was amazing, my only problem is that, in my country, kenya the mixes are always out of stock and have to wait for ages before i can get them and so you can imagine getting the frosting is like waiting for a miracle to happen.., is their a simple home recipe for a creamy frosting and that is easy to make with readily available ingrediants

This sounds like a cream cheese frosting. You can look on line for a recipe. It is fairly simple to make....mainly softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, with a little liquid. Hope this helps.

I love these as is but decided to add an adult twist. I heat 1/2 cup of water with 1/2 cup of coconut rum or light rum to soak the carrot/raisin mix. You can use a whole cup of rum (which I have and love them) if you really want a punch. Next mix in shredded coconut to taste and toasted coconut on top and it is divine! Everyone raves when I take these to any party!!!!!

These are great and so moist. I made several different receipes and these were the best carrot variety, hands down! Sooooo easy next to all the others, also. They were a hit. They also stay moist for several days when stored in a closed container.

This recipe is wonderful and so easy! I have adapted the recipe by adding 1/4 cup of coconut to the batter before baking. Also, I frost them using a pastry bag (without the tip) to get that beautiful "Magnolia Bakery" look. Also, I garnish each cupcake with 2 toasted whole pecans and a sprinkling of toasted coconut. Gorgeous and delish!

Wow! So surprised to get this out of a boxed mix! Really really moist, and cream cheese frosting is the best!

Great cupcakes - even friends on diets will eat one. Their excuse they are healthy, after all they have carrots in them.
