I made these cupcake for our daughter to bring to her singles church club. use trigger ice cream scoop and spatula. To portion out batter. If prepared as directed you should get 36 cupcakes. Fat: 3.8g Carbohydrates: 14.0g Calories:100.1 Protein: 1.9g

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 Box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe German Chocolate Mix,
  • 1 ¼ cups Water,
  • 1 Snack Pack No Sugar Added Apple Sauce,
  • 1 Cup Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese,
  • 1 Box Instant Chocolate Sugar Free Pudding Mix,
  • 3 Large Eggs,
  • 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts (Fold in After beating)
  1. In a large bowl combine first 6 ingredients.
  2. Using either hand held electric beater free standing electric beater, mix on low speed until blended (about 1 minute).
  3. Beat on highest speed for an additional 1 or until the batter increases in volume. .
  4. Fold in walnuts
  5. Bake as directed on package.
