Ingredients Baking Instructions
  1. Prepare rice according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine rice, pie filling, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and walnuts in a medium bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine remaining brown sugar and rolled oats. Blend in butter; mix well. Sprinkle over rice mixture. Bake 30 minutes.
