Easy yellow cake mix cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 box Yellow cake mix
  • 1 8 oz Package of cream cheese
  • 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbs Vanilla
  • Pre heat oven to 375
  • Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray
  • Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth and fluffy.
  • add egg into mixture
  • add vanilla into mixture and mix well
  • add the yellow cake mix slowly into wet ingredients mix well
  • drop table spoon size drops on the cookies sheet and bake for 10 to 12 min
  • let cool and enjoy.

Ammaretto Choc. chip cookies

Use your fav recipe for choc. chip cookies, using real vanilla, real butter, and Brach's stars for the chips, cut in half. Add in a heaping TBSP. of fresh cinnamon, a handful of sliced almonds, coarsly chopped marichino cherries, a tsp. of amarretto extract (or almond) and bake.

It's always fun to throw in your own personal creative flair when you're baking with Duncan Hines. To customize cupcakes: add cinnamon and cayenne pepper into chocolate cupcake batter and frosting for a Mexican Cinnamon Chili Cupcake. For an Asian flavor, substitute sesame oil for vegetable oil in your cake mix and add powdered wasabi and ground ginger to your frosting -- you'll have a Wasabi Ginger Cupcake! To enhance Lemon Cupcakes, cut out a cone-shaped piece from the center of your cupcake and fill it with lemon curd, then frost with lemon cheesecake frosting.
