Easy yellow cake mix cookies

  • Servings: 2.5 dozen cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 box Yellow cake mix
  • 1 8 oz Package of cream cheese
  • 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbs Vanilla
  • Pre heat oven to 375
  • Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray
  • Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth and fluffy.
  • add egg into mixture
  • add vanilla into mixture and mix well
  • add the yellow cake mix slowly into wet ingredients mix well
  • drop table spoon size drops on the cookies sheet and bake for 10 to 12 min
  • let cool and enjoy.

I realize that not many homes have these anymore, but, a great place for having your dough rise is to place the bowl with covered dough on top of your radiator during the months that your heat it turned on. We, my mom and I, always had great results.
