This makes a great-tasting cookie with only five ingredients!

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 box Duncan Hines Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 cups of butterscotch chips
  1. Combine all ingredients in the order given. (Do not use mixer.)
  2. Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 7 minutes (do not let them get brown around the edges).
  4. Cool on the cookie sheet at least 10 minutes before trying to remove them, or else they will break.

This was so easy. I keep cake mixes on hand, but it is not often I have cookie batter. It was perfect.
