Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. brown sugar
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch (or chocolate) morsels
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  1. Beat eggs at medium speed with mixer until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
  2. Spread batter in a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
