Bars.
- 4 eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. brown sugar
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch (or chocolate) morsels
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Beat eggs at medium speed with mixer until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
- Spread batter in a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
