Duncan Hines Peanut Butter Cookie Mix, made with peanut butter and filled with jelly, jam or preserves.
- Duncan Hines Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
- 1 extra-large or jumbo egg, you may use sub. 2 medium
- 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter (not all natural, too oily)
- 1 tbsp. margarine
- 1 jar jelly, jam or preserves of your choice
- Mix cookie mix, egg, peanut butter and margarine.
- Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet, 1 inch apart.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let rest for a minute and cool on rack.
- Spread jelly or preserves on top.
- May also spread jelly or preserves and cover with another cookie to make sandwich cookie.
